Sharon Schneider-Loos

As the Operations Manager for the pioneering Mental Health and Wellbeing hub, I’m dedicated to implementing the Mental Health Royal Commission’s recommendations and making a real difference in our community.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical services and leadership roles, including my recent role as Clinical Manager for headspace, I bring a wealth of expertise in developing policies, procedures, and clinical governance systems. My background includes:

  • Leadership Excellence:Proven success in setting up and managing mental health services, including the Outer East Stepped Care Services, and fostering positive team cultures. 
  • Clinical Expertise:Extensive experience in family therapy, clinical guideline development, and risk management across primary and tertiary health sectors. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Strong relationships with GP’s, tertiary services, and community-based agencies, promoting a multidisciplinary team approach for holistic care.
